“Death of Newspapers premature” – Brendan Boyle

In contrast to the belief that newspapers have become completely obsolete, Brendan Boyle from TimesLive suggests that the “Death of Newspapers is premature”. In a fairly recent article Boyle points to statistics that show that newspapers will not become obsolete, at least not across the world, for another 20 years. Mainly in countries like South Africa newspapers will continue to be published up until 2040, whereas the USA will stop producing printed newspapers by 2017.
